AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
We believe you deserve to know exactly how FitCore360 makes money, how affiliate links work, and — most importantly — how our revenue model does not affect the honesty of our reviews.
WHAT IS AN AFFILIATE LINK?
An affiliate link is a special URL that contains a unique tracking code. When you click one of these links and make a purchase on the retailer’s website, the retailer’s system records that you arrived via FitCore360 — and pays us a small percentage of the sale as a referral commission.
This is completely standard practice across thousands of websites. Amazon’s Associates Programme, for example, has been operating since 1996 and powers affiliate marketing for millions of publishers worldwide.
YOU READ OUR CONTENT
You land on one of our buying guides, product reviews, or comparison articles. We’ve researched and tested the products through our standard evaluation process — completely independent of any commercial arrangements.
YOU CLICK A PRODUCT LINK
If you decide you’d like to check out a product, you click the link. This redirects you to the retailer’s website (e.g. Amazon) with a tracking parameter appended to the URL — something like ?tag=fitcore360-20. This tag identifies us as the referrer.
YOU SHOP NORMALLY
You are now on the retailer’s website. The price you see is identical to what you’d pay if you visited directly. There is no markup, no surcharge, and no hidden cost to you whatsoever. You shop at your own pace — there is no pressure to buy.
WE EARN A COMMISSION (IF YOU BUY)
If you make a purchase, the retailer pays us a small percentage of the sale — typically 1–10% depending on the product category and programme. This comes entirely from the retailer’s margin, not from your pocket. If you don’t buy, we earn nothing. No commission, no tracking beyond the session.

OUR PROMISES TO YOU
Affiliate income is how we fund honest, in-depth research. But we’d rather earn less commission than compromise our credibility. Here are the commitments we make to every reader:
NO PAY-TO-RANK
Brands cannot pay us to rank higher, earn a “Best Pick” badge, or receive a more positive review. Rankings are based purely on our testing results and evaluation rubric.
ZERO COST TO YOU
Clicking our links never costs you more. We have never and will never participate in any arrangement that adds a surcharge or hidden cost for readers who use our links.
BEST PRODUCT WINS
We regularly recommend products that pay us lower commissions because they are genuinely better. Your best interest comes before our earnings — always.
INDEPENDENT TESTING
Our product evaluations follow a fixed rubric established before we begin testing. Scoring is completed before we know or consider commission rates.
CLEAR LABELLING
Affiliate links on FitCore360 are clearly distinguishable. Sponsored content — where a brand has paid for coverage — is always prominently marked as “Sponsored.”
FULL HONESTY
We publish negative findings, call out overpriced products, and flag durability issues even when the product pays well. Our reputation for honesty matters more than any single commission.
MYTH VS REALITY
There are common misconceptions about affiliate marketing. Let’s address the most frequent ones head-on:
“Affiliate sites only recommend products that pay the highest commission.”
We routinely recommend lower-commission products. Our evaluation rubric is scored before commission rates are even considered. Quality determines rank, not commission.
“Using affiliate links makes products more expensive for me.”
The price is identical whether you use our link or visit the retailer directly. Commission comes from the retailer’s margin — not from you.
“Affiliate sites are biased and can’t be trusted for honest reviews.”
Transparency and honest reviews are what drive long-term traffic and trust. Dishonest affiliate sites fail. Our reputation is our most valuable asset.
“Brands pay affiliate sites to get included in their content.”
We do not accept payment for product inclusion. Brands can send products for testing, but inclusion and rankings are never guaranteed or sold.
FTC COMPLIANCE & LEGAL BASIS
The U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires that any material connection between an endorser and a brand — including affiliate compensation — must be clearly disclosed. We take this requirement seriously.
⚖️ Our FTC Compliance Statement
16 CFR Part 255FitCore360 operates in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission’s guidelines on endorsements and testimonials in advertising (16 CFR Part 255). We disclose our affiliate relationships clearly on this page, within relevant articles, and via notices in our newsletter.
This disclosure applies globally. For readers in the European Union, our practices also comply with applicable EU consumer protection laws requiring transparency in commercial communications. For UK readers, we comply with the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) guidance on online reviews and endorsements.
If you have concerns about our compliance practices, please contact us at [email protected]. You can also read the full FTC guidelines at ftc.gov.
In addition to this standalone disclosure page, affiliate relationships are disclosed:
- — At the top of every article containing affiliate links.
- — In our website footer on every page.
- — In our newsletter footer on every email we send.
- — In our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
SPONSORED CONTENT POLICY
Occasionally, brands may pay FitCore360 to create sponsored content — such as a dedicated review article, a sponsored buying guide entry, or a newsletter feature. When this happens:
- —The content will be clearly marked with a prominent “Sponsored” label at the top of the page.
- —We retain full editorial control. We will not publish sponsored content that we believe to be misleading or that contradicts our honest assessment of a product.
- —Sponsored content is not included in our organic buying guide rankings unless the product independently merits inclusion on its own merits.
- —We do not accept sponsored content from brands whose products we have previously given negative reviews without full reassessment.
As of the date of this page, the volume of sponsored content on FitCore360 is minimal. Our primary revenue source is affiliate commissions, not brand sponsorships.
QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS?
If you have any questions about our affiliate relationships, our testing methodology, or how we make money — we’d love to hear from you. Transparency is a two-way conversation.
